I believe everyone is a dancer, our incredible human bodies are designed to engage with itself and all that surrounds us.
There is an inherent joy in all of us when we dance, I have witness this to be true in all my years years of teaching experience, from the little ones in Pre-K to the children enjoying retirement in the Autumn of Life to everyone in between.
I love to share my knowledge of partnering dance, creative movement and body awareness techniques, gaining access to the consciousness of being through stillness of movement and movement itself, understanding the pathways for motion with emphasis in finding internal connections to create movement, empowering the discovery of effortless fluent new ways of enjoying the dance of life.
