My best teachers

As a child I remember my body being engaged with the world around me, playing in the rain, sliding in mud, climbing trees, chasing snakes, getting hurt and feeling happy are big memories of my early years. Although I have trained in many dance genres and body awareness techniques, I can truly say that motherhood is the best training I have had.
Experiencing my body changes as life grew inside me, the intimacy of home births, attachment parenting, wearing my children while teaching lessons, and just being with them has taught me how to be in the moment, no choreography, no set outcomes, being with what arises, (if you have children you know what that means).
​Exploring together as we all grow up, holding each other through this marvelous dance of life.
